Tammy was amazing. She sold my house while I was 2500 miles across the country. She communicated proactively, found solutions to problems, and generally just took care of it all.
If she’s not best Agent in the greater Seattle area, especially for high value real estate, I don’t know who is. My house was high priced for the area but that didn’t slow her down. Her staging and marketing were great.

We had a family home to sell but none of the siblings lived in the state so I asked an old friend if he knew of a good realtor. He suggested Tammy Wallick. We met with her and the decision was very easy as she came across very competent and easy to work with. The property we were selling was rather unique and required a lot of thought in pricing and preparation before placing on the market. Tammy took care of everything. She set up septic inspections, worked with the estate people in clearing the house, found a cleaning crew for the inside and landscaping crew for the outside. She set up and worked with a stager and took care of all of the many other details.
